- Salmon "Label Rouge" preserved with olive oil, mixed vegetables and curry
- Sea bream fillet, artichoke and fennel with lemon conserve, coriander oil
- Bourguignon beef and vegetables
- Piccata of marinated veal, eggplant millefeuille, tomatoes with mozzarella
- Roasted half-cockerel with black olives and rosemary, polenta with basil and curry
- Tartar of beef rump steak with salad

- Praline-flavoured crunchy black and milk chocolate
