Starter (single 14 €)
- Snails cooked in tarragon gravy with butternut and hazelnut
- Pumpkin velouté soup, fresh salmon dice with dill
- Potatoes and smoked halibut salad, sweet pepper French dressing
- Eggs in two ways : in a red wine sauce and the other in a white wine sauce
- Home made smoked salmon, orange sauce
- Mushroom ravioli with chives, langoustine bisque

Dish (single 25 €)
- Sea bass cooked “meunière”, honey carrots with rosemary
- Duck fillet with pepper, melting potatoes, mustard cream
- Risotto of shrimps and preserved tomatoes, basil oil
- Supreme of poultry roasted, cabbage and creamy sauce
- Cod pan fried, lentils and bacon emulsion
- Bourguignon beef

Cheese (14 €)
- Selection of fresh and matured cheeses of our regions

Dessert (single 10 €)
- Caramel salted butter dessert, exotic sorbet
- Finger with chestnut, blackberry and raspberry preserved,
blackberry and tobacco sorbet
- Banana, coconut and milk foam, coconut sorbet
- Raspberry éclair, pistachio cream
