Dish
- Veal pie, mashed potatoes and bacon and mesclun
- Sea bream fillet cooked with parsley and lemon,
crispy polenta and white wine sauce
- Pork cheek, market vegetables with thyme flavor
- Back of cod, creamy risotto with asparagus tips and parmesan shavings
- Pan-fried beef fillet, new potatoes preserved with garlic, pepper sauce
- Pavé of salmon preserved served cold, little stuffed vegetables
