- Pan fried cod with mashed celery
- Braised veal breast, creamy polenta, garlic tomato
- Sea bream “meunière”, salsify and butternut with cooking gravy
- Risotto of shrimps and artichokes, sea sauce
- Bourguignon beef

- Caramel salted butter dessert
- Chou pastry like a Paris-Brest cake
