- Chicken supreme with mushrooms, melted potatoes, cream sauce
- Roasted duck fillet, encrusted with old-fashioned cabbage, blackcurrant sauce
- Pork tenderloin with herbs, autumn vegetables with fresh herbs
- Pan fried salmon and vegetables stuffed in the style of Nice, basil butter
- Sea bass fillet, broccoli purée, caper sauce
- Baked sea bream, spinach fondue, candied pepper sauce

- Selection of fresh and matured cheeses of our regions

Dessert (single 10 €)
- Pear trilogy
