- Salad of smoked salmon, young shoots with hazelnut oil

Dish (single 20 €)
- Roast poultry, macaroni gratin with Comté cheese
- Bourguignon beef
- Sea bream “meunière”, mashed broccoli with hazelnut butter, white wine sauce
- Flank, red wine sauce and mashed of potatoes
- Cod with scents of country of Nice, cream of sweet pepper
- Duck filet with blackcurrant and cabbage

Cheese
- Selection of fresh and matured cheeses of our regions

Dessert (single 8 €)
- Caramel salted butter dessert
- Pistachio and morello cherry crème brûlée
- Apricot and almond dessert
- Three chocolates cake
